7:30 a.m. Shotgun Start

This year's event was a huge success and we were thrilled to be able to donate $500 of the proceeds to the Mayo Clinic on behalf of Karl Fox, a man that contributed greatly to the success of the IES and then was taken from us much too soon.

Although the event took place on a Monday morning instead of the usual Friday morning tee-off, we were still fortunate to assemble 14 foursomes for the tournament. A huge thank you goes out to our hole sponsors that are listed below and to all of the participants who donated their time to help make the day a success.

The format was a 4-person, best ball, scramble with individual prizes given for the longest drive (separate for men and women), straitest drive (separate for men and women), and closet to the pin. Besides the cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place, a raffle was held which included a flat screen TV, rounds of golf at the Wildfire Golfcourse, rooms at the Desert Ridge Marriot, Spa treatment at the Desert Ridge Marriot, certificate for dental teeth cleaning, a car wash, a power strip w/occupancy sensing, dinner at Rubey Tuesdays, and lots of golf hats, balls, gloves, etc.
